Description: Okaloosa County Roads with Address Ranges. This layer is the result of a join between Site_Address, evacuation zones, surge zones, parcels, and all emergency response boundaries. It was created to simplify how the search function in the Police and Fire app works. The intent is to perform joins with other polygon layers as needed to provide a sort of one stop shop zone information as it relates to an address. USED FOR PORTAL/WEBGIS. **NOTE: DO NOT USE THE ESN FIELDS CREATED FROM THE SPATIAL JOIN AS THESE ARE ONLY FOR QC CHECKS AND DON'T TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE CELL TOWER ESN. THESE FIELDS ARE CALLED "ESN" AND "ESN_NAME". USE THE FIELDS THAT COME FROM THE RDSPT LAYER. THESE FIELDS ARE CALLED "ESN_DESC" AND "ESN_1".
